🌊 Coastal Muse Return Policy

At Coastal Muse, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple return process. Please review our policy below:


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns must include a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bathing suits and bodysuits

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Accessories and gift cards

Any item showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage will also not be eligible for return.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [your email here] within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the RA# and return instructions.

  3. Carefully package your item(s), include your RA#, and ship to:

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Coastal Muse is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


💳 Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the purchase price (excluding shipping).

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future Coastal Muse purchase.
