✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns must include a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Bathing suits and bodysuits

Sale and clearance items

Accessories and gift cards
Any item showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage will also not be eligible for return.
📦 How to Request a Return

🚚 Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Coastal Muse is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
💳 Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the purchase price (excluding shipping).

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future Coastal Muse purchase.
