Coastal Muse Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and inspired with every Coastal Muse purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’ll do our best to make the return process smooth and easy — while staying aligned with our fulfillment partner’s return guidelines.
Return Window
• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date shown in tracking).
• Once your return is approved, it must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
For split orders (arriving in multiple packages), the 7-day window begins once the final package is delivered.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unworn clothing items that meet all the following criteria:
• Original tags attached
• Returned in original clear garment packaging with SKU label
• In brand-new, unwashed condition
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Returns That Don’t Meet These Guidelines
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be:
• Subject to a 20% restocking fee, or
• Declined entirely
We’re always here to help clarify if you're unsure whether an item qualifies.
Return Shipping & Processing
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or there was a shipping error.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after your return arrives for it to be processed.
Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your refund details.

• Your name and order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for your return
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
